If you have placed an online order and your order was not delivered, 

Kindly Email us the below details at info@datman.je

* Name on the Order
* Value of the Transaction (Order Amount)
* Date of the Order 
* Last 4 Digit of the card that was charged
* Order ID (Optional)

 

NOTE : 

We will contact the takeaway on your behalf to get your refund processed.
Once the takeaway authorizes the request, the amount will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days.

You will be getting an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
