How do I complete onboard merchant?


To complete the onboard merchant you have to enter the following details in the onboard merchant/ merchant Pending tab, once you verify your email address.

 


Required Information:

  1. Business Name and Address
  2. Personal Information
  3. Bank details

Documents Required:
  1. ID - (Passport/Driving license)
  2. Bank Document -  (Statements/ Welcome Letter/ Void Cheque)
  3. Utility Bill - (Gas, Electricity, water or Landline Bill)

NOTE:
Submit the application (It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed by our Customer Support Representative)

Once you hit the submit button It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed by our Customer Support Representative.
Once the application is reviewed, your Datman account will be automatically updated.
